Depending on how the user interacts with the website, MULTIBREVES may process, among others, the following data:

Hosting

Vercel Inc. (United States). Serves the website pages. Transfers covered by standard contractual clauses.

Database

Neon (Databricks, Inc., United States), with the data hosted in the Frankfurt region, Germany. Stores the forms received. Transfers covered by standard contractual clauses.

Forms

Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), with the data hosted in the European Union. Sends MULTIBREVES the notification of each form received.

Email

Google Workspace (Google Ireland Ltd., Ireland). Corporate mailboxes where communications are received and handled.

Analytics

Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Ltd., Ireland), only if the user accepts the analytics category.

Form protection

Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), through the Turnstile service, to verify that whoever submits a form is not an automated system. Transfers covered by standard contractual clauses.

Where such providers act as processors, the relationship must be governed in accordance with the applicable regulations.

Some of the providers listed in the previous section are established outside the European Economic Area or belong to parent companies established outside it. Specifically:

• Vercel Inc., a United States company, which provides the website hosting service.
• Neon, owned by Databricks, Inc., a United States company, although the data is physically stored in the Frankfurt region, Germany.
• Cloudflare, Inc., a US company, which provides the anti-fraud verification service for the forms.

In both cases the engagement is governed by the corresponding data processing agreements, which incorporate the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission as the safeguard for the transfer, together with the applicable supplementary technical and organisational measures.

Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) is a French company and hosts the data in the European Union. Google Ireland Ltd. is the entity responsible towards users in the European Economic Area for both Google Workspace and Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager; any transfers these services may make to their United States parent company are likewise covered by standard contractual clauses.

MULTIBREVES will review this section whenever it adds, replaces or stops using any of these providers.

The data subject may exercise, where applicable, their rights of:

• erasure;
• objection;
• restriction of processing;
• portability;
• withdrawal of consent.
